hivepod deploy
hivepod deploy packs up a folder and deploys it with Drone, DockHive’s AI deploy agent. Drone reads your code, builds your app and deploys it, fixing problems along the way.

What’s uploaded
Section titled “What’s uploaded”.gitignoreand.dockhiveignorein the folder’s root are respected (*,**,!negationand so on).- Version control, dependency and cache folders are always left out, as are
dist/andbuild/folders over 20 MB. - Secrets are never uploaded, even if your ignore files don’t mention them:
.envfiles (except.env.example,.env.sampleand.env.template),*.pem,*.key, SSH keys,*.p12and*.pfx. Pass secrets with--envinstead.
The upload is limited to 50 MB compressed. If it’s too large, add folders you don’t need to .dockhiveignore.
Output
Section titled “Output”✓ Uploaded 42 files (1.2 MB) — deploying my-app left out: node_modules, .envdrone Reading your codedrone Building your app✓ Live https://brave-space-k3x9.dockhive.appIf the deploy fails, the CLI prints Drone’s summary, any environment variables your app needs (“Deploy again with –env NAME=value for each”) and the last lines of the build log.
If the folder isn’t a web app (for example a command-line tool or a library), you’ll see Not deployable as an app with suggestions. Nothing was built, so no build minutes were used. See When Drone can’t deploy your code.
