Create an account
DockHive accounts are free to start. Every account begins on the Free Tier; you can upgrade at any time.
Sign up
Section titled “Sign up”- Go to console.dockhive.io/register.
- Either enter your email address and a password (at least 8 characters), or click Continue with GitHub.
- Complete the quick security check if one is shown, then click Create Account.
One account per email address. Addresses that only differ by dots or a +tag (as with Gmail) count as the same address, and disposable email addresses are not accepted.
Verify your email address
Section titled “Verify your email address”Right after you sign up, DockHive emails you a 6-digit code and a verification link. Enter the code on the Check your email screen (or click the link in the email).
- The code expires after 15 minutes. Asking for a new code cancels the old one.
- Didn’t get it? Check your spam folder, then use resend the code. You can resend about once a minute.
- After 5 wrong codes, request a new one.
Until your email is verified, the console only shows the verification screen and the API answers 403 with the code email_unverified. You can’t create resources or deploy yet. Once it’s verified, everything opens up.
Sign in
Section titled “Sign in”Sign in at console.dockhive.io/login with your email and password or with GitHub. After 5 failed attempts in 15 minutes, sign-in for that account pauses for 15 minutes. DockHive emails you when someone signs in to your account.
Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. The reset link is valid for one hour and can be used once. Resetting your password signs you out everywhere.
Secure your account
Section titled “Secure your account”Turn on two-factor authentication under Settings → Security. See Account security.
