Acceptable use and suspensions

DockHive is for building and running legitimate software. The full rules are in the Terms of Service. In short, don’t use DockHive to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual property and privacy,
  • host, distribute or run malware or phishing pages, or anything designed to harm or break into systems,
  • mine cryptocurrency, on any plan,
  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or run open relays or proxies used for abuse,
  • attack, scan or overload DockHive or other users’ workloads, or get around plan limits or security controls,
  • host content that exploits children, promotes violence or terrorism, or harasses people.

Tunnel names and custom domains that imitate DockHive or other brands are refused.

Email partners@dockhive.io with the address (app, tunnel or domain) and what you saw.

DockHive may remove content, stop workloads or suspend accounts that break these rules, where possible after telling you. When an account is suspended:

  • you can’t sign in to the console; you’ll see “This account has been suspended. If you think this is a mistake, contact partners@dockhive.io.”
  • CLI sessions and API keys stop working immediately (API calls return 403 with the code account_suspended),
  • resources may be stopped.

If you think it’s a mistake, email partners@dockhive.io.
